MacDonald Ball
Macdonald Baseball and Softball Teams participate in a league in Winnipeg and play home games in Macdonald. The baseball/softball season starts around May 1st and runs until the end of June. Generally the younger age groups (Boys – U9, U11, U13) and Girls – U10, U12 and U14) have 2-3 game/practice nights per week. Older age groups play more frequently throughout the week. Boys generally play baseball (overhand pitching) with girls generally play softball (windmill pitching).

Oak Bluff also offers a Learn to Play Ball Program for both Boys and Girls 7 years and under. This program is aimed at children who want to learn how to play the game, teach the fundamentals of throwing, catching and hitting and get them prepared for playing ball on a team.

There are exciting opportunities for people who want to learn how to umpire baseball and softball. Clinics will be available in early spring.
